In this role, we are responsible for evaluating and implementing a project delivery approach, developing insurance and risk management programs, negotiating key project agreements, analyzing critical project parameters and managing claims resolution and project closeout. Each project has its own unique requirements and funding sources. We investigate alternative delivery models for each project (often by conducting a Project Delivery Workshop with the client) and recommend a delivery system that correctly fits and guarantees a highly successful project.
